Speaker
I speak about leadership, governance, equity, and sport, with a strong focus on women and young people, and how power operates in decision-making spaces.
Grounded in values and relationship-building, my speaking challenges the systems we take for granted and invites audiences to think differently about how decisions are made and who is included in them.
My work draws on research, governance experience, and lived experience to support conversations about representation, leadership pathways, and creating systems that work better for people and communities.
I’ve spoken across national and international stages, including at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69), the APEC Policy Partnership on Women and the Economy meeting in Peru, and as a keynote speaker at events such as the Blues Awards, the National Māori Sport and Active Recreation Wānanga, and the Victoria Leadership Awards. My experience also includes panel discussions at Parliament, events hosted by the British High Commission, and a wide range of sport, leadership, academic, and community forums.
