Facilatation
I facilitate workshops, programmes, and conversations that centre values, relationships, and collective learning. My approach is people-focused and grounded in creating spaces where participants feel supported to engage honestly and work through complexity together.
My facilitation experience includes programmes such as Whanake o Te Kōpara, an award-winning leadership initiative, and Whakatipu Wahine Toa, which focus on leadership development, confidence, and collective growth. I also deliver Treaty and sport workshops across academic, community, and sport sector settings.
A core part of my facilitation is working with people who don’t always have access to traditional leadership programmes. Through co-design and kaupapa Māori approaches, I create inclusive, accessible spaces that value lived experience, shared learning, and collective responsibility, supporting participants to shape leadership in ways that reflect their realities and aspirations.
Grounded in kaupapa Māori approaches, my facilitation emphasises whakawhanaungatanga, care, and connection. I support groups to link values to practice in ways that are practical, reflective, and relevant to the contexts they work within.
